SHIPPING POLICY

We want your skincare order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping Rate

We offer flat-rate shipping for $7 per order.

Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because some products ship directly from our professional skincare partners, processing times may vary slightly depending on the brand, product availability, and fulfillment schedule.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier, delivery location, and fulfillment partner.

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–8 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Dropshipping & Fulfillment

Some orders may ship directly from our professional skincare partners, including Face Reality and Hale & Hush.

If your order includes products from more than one brand, items may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Cherish Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Cherish Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier first.

We are happy to assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email dinah@cherishbeautyaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once reviewed, we will work with you on the next steps.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with the next steps. This may include a replacement option, waiting for the item to restock, or refunding the unavailable item.
