RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer exchanges, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Gently used products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided no more than 25% of the product has been used.

  • Bundles and kits must be returned in full. Individual items from a bundle or kit cannot be returned separately.

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase.

  • We track your return history. If you return opened items too frequently, we may deny your return requests in the future.

REFUNDS & FEES

  • Eligible returns will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery, excluding shipping charges.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide return labels.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Please make sure your order falls within the 30-day return window by verifying the delivery date.

Step 2: Request Return Authorization

Email us at dinah@cherishbeautyaesthetics.com to request return authorization before shipping your item back. Return authorization is required for all returns.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

Once your return is authorized, you will receive return instructions, including where to send your item. Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Step 4: Ship the Item Back

You are responsible for shipping costs (we do not provide return labels). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to our policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email dinah@cherishbeautyaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift certificates or cards

  • Digital products

  • Sale or promotional items, unless otherwise stated

PRODUCT REACTIONS OR SENSITIVITIES

Skincare is personal, and results can vary from person to person.

If you experience irritation or sensitivity, please discontinue use and contact us for guidance. Product reactions or sensitivities do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we are happy to help you adjust your routine when appropriate.
