Service Terms & Conditions

NEW CLIENTS
If you're booking a service for the first time, please book either a consultation or a consultation + treatment. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals and develop the best treatment plan for you.

Before Your Appointment
Discontinue any exfoliating products, including AHAs, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, scrubs, or any other resurfacing treatments, at least 1–2 weeks before your facial. This helps reduce the risk of irritation and ensures your skin is in the best condition for treatment.

Refrain from any potentially irritating facial treatments, such as waxing, threading, or laser treatments, at least 1–2 weeks before your appointment to avoid sensitivity.

If you've had Botox or dermal fillers, please wait at least 2 weeks before your facial to allow proper settling and avoid interference with your results.

Treatment & Results
Facial treatments may include professional skincare products, enzymes, chemical peels, or other modalities such as steam, extractions, hydrodermabrasion, and high frequency, based on your skin’s needs. Results vary depending on skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, consistency with home care, and adherence to pre-care and post-care instructions. No specific result, timeline, or outcome is guaranteed.

Some treatments may cause temporary stinging, redness, tightness, dryness, flaking, peeling, sensitivity, breakouts, purging, or irritation. While complications are rare, please contact Cherish Beauty Aesthetics if you have concerns after your appointment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Follow your esthetician’s post-treatment instructions. Proper aftercare is important, and failure to follow instructions may affect your results or increase the risk of irritation.

Cherish Beauty Aesthetics does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions or skin disorders. Services are cosmetic in nature and should not replace care from a qualified medical provider.

Failure to Disclose
It is your responsibility to provide Cherish Beauty Aesthetics with all your relevant medical details and health history prior to each treatment. Withholding information or providing misinformation may result in contraindications and/or irritation to the skin from treatments received. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs because of your failure to disclose such details.

Late Arrival
It is your responsibility to remember your appointment and arrive on time. Appointments are scheduled to allow the correct time for each treatment. To avoid delays in the reservations following your appointment, we cannot accept clients who arrive over 15 minutes late. Appointments of clients over 15 minutes late will be cancelled without return of deposit. Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will be treated, but their treatment may have to be shortened to avoid delays for following clients. Late clients will not have shortened service discounted.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
Please provide 24-hour notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.

No Shows
Clients that fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without communicating will be considered a no-show and will not have their deposit refunded. Clients who no-show more than three times in a row will no longer be allowed to book future appointments.
